Phase I of the Registry is for everyone who currently holds their Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner from Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (PRA) or for those people whose certification has lapsed since June 1, 2015.
With evidence of registration with CPRP or a registration that has lapsed no later than one year prior to application, the requirement to do a PSR Recovery in Action paper is waived.

***NOTE: Upon successful application, certified practitioners will be required to pay $175.00 + tx for the 3-year Maintenance of Certification period***
